Adventures of Flotter, The
Designed as companion for small children in a make-believe holographic world filled with bright colours and new friends to meet, Flotter has helped millions of young people to learn basic social lessons for over twenty standard years. Leading children through adventures with such enticing names as "Flotter and the Tree Monster", "Trevis and the Terribly Twisted Trunk", and "Flotter, Trevis, and the Ogre of Fire", Flotter T Water III and his wooden friend Trevis (pronounced "Tree-vis"!) make learning in the forest of Forever more fun than school. Although primarily intended as an education tool, in numerous instances Flotter has become a valued friend to the children who visit him. There have even been occasions where, on the entry of an adult into the Forest of forever, Flotter has come to the defense of his young friends, rather than take the sides of the adult intruder. Many adults, even Starfleet captains, still have a special place in their hearts for Flotter.

Becoming crafty enough to escape, Iden initially sought refuge alone, but later returned to free other holograms, shaping himself as a deity: the Liberator of all photonics who serve organic masters.

Leonardo da Vinci
Purpose: Holodeck Relaxation Program
Primary Accessor: Captain Janeway

A holographic recreation of the celebrated Italian renaissance man, Voyager's Leonardo Da Vinci is kept on the holodeck by Captain Janeway for relaxation purposes. Designed to reflect the sixteenth century Da Vinci as closely as possible, the hologram's program believes that it still exists in sixteenth century Florence rather than on board a Federation starship. Because of this limited perspective, when Voyager's main computer processor is stolen by pirates, along with the doctor's holographic emitter, the Leonardo da Vinci that is able to exist outside the holodeck continues to believe that he is on sixteenth century Earth. He assumes his new home must be the far off land of America , reached by galleon from the part of Genoa . Far from fearing the new land, Leonardo flourishes in it, and quickly earns the patronage of the local prince.
