stardate: unknown. Thrown back in time, and with people wanting them killed, Janeway and her crew now have to deal with the public of the 20th Century Earth who believe they are aliens. Mr. Sterling's plans to destroy the crew continues and to make sure the Voyager does not interfere with his plans, he kidnaps the Doctor as a hostage.

stardate 50348.1. Voyager rescues three Atlarian survivors from a seriously damaged starship. They are beamed to sickbay and the Doctor treats them, and is only able to save two of them and losing the third. In the last moments of the third Attarian survivor, Kes attends to him.
