When First Officer Chakotay borrows a Shuttlecraft to perform the Pakra to commemorate his father's death, he drifts into Kazon-Olga territory and becomes the target of a Kazon youth attempting to earn his Olga warrior name by killing the Federation enemy. Kes and Neelix providing their expertise on Kazon, they set out to find Chakotay.

stardate 49011. Ensign Harry Kim awakens to find himself on Earth, in 24th century San Francisco and not aboard the USS Voyager. Doing a bit of research to find out what was going on he discovers records that claims he was never a crew member of the USS Voyager. Not only that, but he is accused of being a Maquis spy by Starfleet personnel and placed under house arrest.
