stardate 48975.1. Responding to a distress call, Janeway and the away team visit a planet that has the same atmosphere as Earth. They find eight earthlings in cryogenic units—one of which is Amelia Earhart. She invites the crew to make this their home. Upon this offer, Janeway faces her greatest challenge as she allows each crewmember to stay behind and begin a life among these kindred Humans.
