stardate 51929.3. Voyager is threatened to find another way home when a nebula threatens to kill the entire crew except for the Doctor and Seven. Janeway temporarily hands over command to The Doctor as the crew is put into stasis until they get through the deadly nebula. When The Doctor goes offline, Seven is forced to overcome her fears of being alone.

stardate 51978.2. The Voyager crew receives a transmission from Starfleet with good news, telling them that Starfleet Command has provided them with a much faster starship to bring them home. Everyone is excited but Janeway's instincts tell her that this was too good to be true.
