Janeway and her crew investigate a planet, lifeless and in ruins. While investigating, Janeway and Paris are transported by a large subspace fracture into the past when the planet was full of life. They warn a group of polaric ion power protesters of their actions to be the cause of such catastrophy. But were they warning the right group?
